We are firm believers in only receiving our fee once your property is actually sold and we will never ask you for payment upfront. Sadly, there is a growing trend in the industry for non-refundable sales fees being paid in advance. However, we think this goes against the grain of your agent being motivated to sell your property, so we don’t do it. Our fees are paid only once you have received the proceeds of your property sale.
