Clarendons started 2019 the right way – being presented with the Gold Award for Letting Agent in Reigate by the British Property Awards.
Based in Effingham Road, Reigate, the independent agency was crowned with the accolade after being mystery shopped various times in 2018 and judged on different criteria and scenarios and customer service levels.
Furthermore, Clarendons has also been shortlisted for the national awards which will be announced soon.
Robert McLean from the British Property Awards said: “If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Winning agents should be proud that customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition.”
